My experience taking the PMP Prep course was outstanding.  The Instructors were knowledgeable and kept the class involved and interested using activities, narratives and prep questions that mimicked the exam.  The material we covered, was detailed to all the areas of the PMBOK® Guide, and was covered in chronological order which expanded on your knowledge every week.  The 10-week course worked well for my schedule, keeping me on task and giving me the tools and practice to learn the material without overwhelming me and allowing me to keep my work/life in balance.  Having a group of experienced Project Managers in the classroom with me and hearing their view of a question or to share their knowledge of project management was extremely helpful also.  I felt prepared to take the exam when the course was completed.  I found the knowledge not just on the PMBOK® Guide, but on how the exam was designed and how to interpret the material, contributed to me successfully completing the exam with little anxiety.  I have recommended this course to several Project Managers as a great way to prepare for the PMP exam.

I found Steve's class to be highly effective in that it took the 5 team dysfunctions and created practical tools on how to identify and to  deal with those dysfunctions in a team setting.
